Stay

They were doing remodeling in the elevator area so walking on drop clothes is not ideal. The ice machine did not work on 3rd floor where we were. They obviously had some kind of water damage or something but the outside of the building was rotted away the rooms that were affected windows open and the drapes hanging out. Very bad look. Coffee pot in room the plastic holder that holds the coffee did not fit and I had to hold it the whole time only 1 coffee cup in the room so I had to go get more. The hot breakfast was cold and eggs dried out needless to say we didn’t have breakfast there anymore. The staff was very polite when we checked in.

The property was in a good location and the beds were comfy. Our poor experience started by getting out in a room that was occupied by another guest who we walked in on while he was sleeping. We got reassigned a room which had a dirty bandaid on the vanity shelf. The property was in ill repair and had a busted in door near the elevator of the third floor. In addition, the hallways were not vacuumed, the staff butted in front of us at the waffle station, and the people above is were so noisy we could hear every footstep. Comfort Inn, you can do better!!

This was probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel not only with where a room is not correct for me and a friend but I was double charged I was told there was going to be a pool for my kids to swim at which we were in this particular town for my children and then we were not able to do that the room smells like smoke and it was quite literally disgusting

Checked in first room notice failure in cleaning and the restocking of toilet paper after settleing it was notice carpet in the room was saturated in water after observing leak in the roof a request was to moved to different room Room 2 was observed to be below room 1 very strong musky order and dampness smell was detected requested a third room lights around the bed with only working have stayed in several comfort suites and this was one of the porrest ones

We had freezing cold water 2 out of our 3 nights with no solution. No ice in any of their ice machine all weekend. Rude staff. No discount for inconvenience. I would NOT recommend staying here. Next time I will stay at the Fairfield across the street!

Overall, the stay was tranquil and convenient, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I frowned on was that in the bathroom had a used pop can in that had been left there, otherwise my stay was peaceful and smooth.
