In general, a good experience. I would improve the look of the valet area. It is dated and does not match the contemporary look of the hotel. The mustard color and general appeal give a not so safe or nice first impression on arrival. Great service and food. Thank you.

Bar was not open till 5 pm and restaurant times were open till 10 am and did not reopen till 5pm. Did have a nice view from the top floor pool area

Was not able to get to hotel due to Parade and road closures downtown.
I called multiple times to the hotel for help or advice and got no help.
After 2 hours we gave up.
Hotels.com reports that you denied a refund but I am waiting on a call from hotel manager to get report on why that is denied.

When we arrived, the hotel said they did not have our reservations even though we prepaid. They said they were sold out and did not offer any assistance other than suggesting we complian to hotels.com

From the time we pulled in to the time we left, everyone was so friendly and did an amazing job! You can tell they really enjoyed their jobs!

We were given a handicap room. We didn’t request one. We had only one chair & it was a rolling desk chair? The bed was too low & very uncomfortable. Outside our only window was an old air conditioner with parts laying on the ground. The desk clerk said Hotel.com said I requested the room. We were given a $250 gift card for our anniversary & tried to use it. Our total bill was $225 & we had to forfeit the $25. I can’t believe as much business as we’ve done with Hilton we get treated this way.
