The room was spacious, and the staff was friendly. The mattress was dirty and very worn; the pillow cases were dirty; the shower curtain was molded; the parking lot pavement had big potholes and needs to be repaired, and the swimming pool was utterly filthy. I wouldn't stay there again. The hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown.

The property could be spectacular with some TLC. The pool needs revamping from green murky to sparkling! It’s a place to extend a stay if it were well maintained!

I will never stay at Royal Suites ever again Tv wasn't working neither was the refrigerator shower curtain had mold all on it bed mattress was stained the whole room and stay was awful I didnt have a good night rest at all I checked out a day early

Property was disgusting dirty Band-Aids on the ground cobwebs all over furniture. Broken furniture stains on bedsheets. Dust everywhere walls were gross had paper shoved in holes in the wall. Do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

There was leaks from the fridge, room was not cleaned correctly prior. Found beer in the fridge and a hair tie in between sheets. Obviously not properly cleaned. Only saw reception persons for less than 10 minutes when we checked in. There was people literally screaming untill 3-4am and nothing was done about it the whole time. Definitely will NOT stay there again.
