So disappointed not to have a wardrobe in my room - not even a few hooks on the wall to hang my suits / shirts . When I enquired about it at reception, I was told that ‘ my room rate does not include a wardrobe’. I travel the world on business for over 30 years and have never encountered this before . My freshly pressed shirt I took from the suitcase this morning, looked as if I slept in it . I did not air my grievance with the receptionist as it wasn’t her fault but Management should know better . I would definitely not stay again .

My room was quite small — once a large suitcase was opened on the floor, there was barely space for anything else. The bathroom was fine with a good shower, and the bed and bedding were comfortable with a double duvet. > > There was a good selection in the minibar, but I was mistakenly charged for items after checkout even though I hadn’t taken anything. This was resolved quickly via email. > > Breakfast was good, but there is no buffet — you have to order from a menu, which can be inconvenient if you have limited time. Friendly staff and a welcome drink were appreciated, but overall it’s probably not a hotel I would choose again when visiting Berlin. The location is also not the most central.

Wonderful hotel and LGBT friendly

Absolutely wonderful stay, the hotel is beautiful and the service was great. As a gay couple we felt very welcome. The room was clean and well equipped, great mini bar, spacious bathroom. The bar is lively and apparently popular, highly recommended to try it out. I will most certainly stay here again.

Was very excited for my stay and was disappointed- the staff were nice and helpful however the cleanliness and conditions were not up to par. Stains on the couch so i was not able to use it, chips on the wood table, makeup smeared on the phone, stains on the bed sheets and mattresses. Just gave an icky feeling overall. Be aware that the tablet used to order room service is not up to date and now has a completely different menu -you make it easier on staff to order directly from the restaurant. Again beautiful room and great people just need to update cleaning standards for the amount you pay for certain rooms i shouldnt run my finger and have it covered in dust. Nice restaurants nearby and metro stop in walking distance.

Great hotel with a very welcoming staff. The rooms are… inspiring. Do not forget to go the hotel bar, it’s a must. The only downside is that the neighborhood is a residential area (noting to do or see around) and it’s far from downtown… so unfortunately a bit unpractical.
