Do not go near this hotel. They are quick to take your money....then when you try to amend booking, they do not budge and refuse to assist. I tried amending my booking 5 months prior to travelling. They were not willing to accomodate my request and firmly told me that it was too bad. Terrible experience.

My stay at Oak hotel was pleasant. They have helpful and warm staff. Cleaniness was their hall mark. They have a great kitchen and comfortable rooms. I wasnt very pleased about their cancelation policy that forced me to take a room for two when I only needed one through no fault of mine. At least for customer friendliness some days could have been given on discount. I must say I was so disappointed with that especially looking at the money that I had to pay for just a 6days stay. I wouldnt pay that for a five star hotel for such short stay.

駅から近く、TCATを利用すれば空港へのアクセスも比較的良かった。 近隣には地元の飲食店やカフェがあり、銭湯もある。 簡単な調理ができる共用キッチン、ホテル隣にあるコインランドリーなどが利用でき、暮らすように滞在できるホテル。

El pedirle una extension de dos noches mas por que mi vuelo fue cancelado , el de recepción me estaba respetando el mismo costo, pero al llegar su gerente , le pidio que subiera a decirme los precios ajustados, y resulta que de pagar 17,000 yenes me lo estaban incrementando a 52,000 yenes . su unica respuesta del gerente es que asi estaban los precios alrededor. pesima experiencia, por supuesto que no acepte y de inmediato busque otro hotel a mejor precio y de mejor calidad. Tegan cuidado con los precios , me imagino que la ver que eres extranjero quieren abusar de los precios.

２回目の利用です。 フロントスタッフの方の対応が、本当に丁寧で、室内も清潔です。 また、利用します。

個室料金5000円の価値はなかった。

ドミトリールームが工事とのことで急遽個室へ移動。 結果、真面目に移動したのが常連7名中2名というとんでもない事態に。 どうやらゴネ得が横行するホテルらしい。 ※本人達がゴネ得した、ラッキー！的会話を 　ドミトリールームでしていた。 宿泊者毎に比重が異なるのは、同じドミトリールーム利用者として差別されている気がして腹立たしい。 不条理な扱いをされるのは悔しい。 ． 個室は空調が悪く、23度設定でも全く冷えず。 結局キャミソール1枚でも汗だくで過ごす羽目に。 空気の入れ替えも全く機能していないので、ただひたすらに色々な臭いが充満して臭かった。 一方でバスルームはほぼ完璧な無臭で感心した。 照明は玄関と室内が個別に点灯できないので、煌々と明るいか真っ暗かの二択。 不便極まりない。 本来は枕元の2つのスイッチで選択して点灯できるはずでは？ 冷蔵庫もあまり機能していなかったので、冷凍品が溶けていた。 テーブルは狭く使い物にならない。 ． 清掃スタッフは体臭(主に腋臭)のキツい人ばかりなので、連泊中室内には一切入ってこないよう気を付けた。 多分個室の方がプライバシー保護の観点では有難いのだろうけど、宿泊理由が理由だった為に全く楽しめず。 1泊5000円以上も払ってまで泊まる品質ではなかった。 ある意味悟れて頭は冷えたが。 ． 個人的に系列のオークホステルキャビンがとても良い宿泊施設だったので、ホテルと冠するからには同程度以上のサービスを期待して宿泊したが、かなり残念な感想しか持てず。 フロントスタッフは他ホテルと比較しても相対的に高品質だったので、経営方針や個別対応に関係する部分の問題と思われる。 残念極まりないが、以後の利用は控える予定。

清潔だが、ラウンジ、テラスの使用時間が　２２時迄、 早寝早起の人には向いてるが　２３時位が寝むる人には 快適性に欠けるね。近所で　その時間過ごせる場所もない。キッチンがあるので　仕事で長期滞在には　向いてる が　旅行を楽しむ人には　物足りないかなー。

フロント︰親切で丁寧。 建物︰変わった構造だが、割りと過ごしやすい。 ドミトリー︰MAX10名の部屋。男女MIXなので、女性比率が低く緊張する。 ベッド︰横開きなので開放的。 ロッカー︰多少大きくても入れられるサイズ。 冷蔵庫︰小さい。10名で単身者サイズ。 洗面所︰ドミトリールームに付属。 　ドライヤーを使う時気を遣う。 シャワールーム︰男女兼用2と女性専用1。 　掃除が行き届いていて清潔。 お手洗い︰男女各1。普通。 ラウンジ︰キッチンが家庭サイズ、食器の種類が少ない。 場所︰交通手段が多く幹線道路に面していて便利。 　朝晩は特に地下鉄の振動がベッドに響く。 　更に地上階の飲食店から話し声、空調設備が響く。 　ついでに道路で話し込む人の会話が騒々しい。 宿泊客︰ドミトリーは長期滞在者が多い。 　私がラウンジで調理中、合流した知人が絡まれて 　「先に泊まっていた俺らの場所だから使うな(意訳)」的指導？を受ける。 　相手にせず即刻フロントへ連絡するが、非常に不愉快極まりない経験だった。 　先客が3名、あとから2名でその状況。安宿だからか？ 　女性専用はあまり守られていない。気持ち悪い。 ． 総合的に︰色々難あり物件だと思うが、割りと快適。 　長期滞在で価格重視、且つ割り切って不感症になれるのならば問題なし。 　やっぱり神経質な人、女性には無理かな。 　因みに、いびきと寝言独り言が酷い宿泊客もいたりして、 　寝るだけなのに苦労する日もあった。

総合的には満足でした。 3階のクイーンに宿泊しましたが、時々、ゴーっと地下鉄の電車が走る様な音が気になりました。 あと、部屋のトイレがウオシュレットだったらもっと良かった。3階共有トイレは臭いが有り清潔とは言えなかった。

Catastrophique.

Cet hôtel ne correspond aux photos diffusées sur le site. Une odeur de nourriture règne partout à l'intérieur de l'établissement. Il est impossible de déposer une valise dans la chambre: pas de place et aucun placard. Salle de bain très petite, même pour le Japon. Atmosphère lugubre. Bref nous ne sommes pas restés et nous sommes retournés vers une auberge de jeunesse que nous connaissions et dont la propreté et la convivialité sont d'un tout autre niveau. Cet hôtel ne convient pas pour une famille. De plus ayant payé la chambre dès notre arrivée, il a été impossible de se faire rembourser. Bref, endroit à éviter sauf peut-être pour routard peu regardant.

エコノミートリプルルーム利用。良かった点は安い、駅から近い、スタッフの方の感じが良い。 良くなかった点は部屋の洗面台の水の出がチョロチョロという感じで使いにくかった、部屋のドライヤーも故障してるのかスイッチを押してもすぐ止まってしまう、シャワールームのパッキン部分にカビがあり汚かった、シャワーの電源が入って無かったので水で洗ってしまった(ちょっと分かりにくかったです)。あと、男女一緒のフロアだったのでフロアが男女別なら良かった。 コスパ重視ならよいと思う。
