Nice experience

The host is friendly and courteous. They have 24hours staff a day who can help if there is problem. Many attractions can be reached by walk. However, the rooms and elevators are relatively small, but it is a good choice for booking rooms for passengers with light luggage

很可愛的小旅館

一人房空間大小恰到好處，裝潢簡單、可愛，整體空間、寢具和毛巾都很乾淨舒適，公共空間也很溫馨放鬆。入住當天上午本來只是想先寄放行李，但主人已經準備好了空房，可以提前入住實在很感謝！唯一只有房間的隔音較弱，會聽到隔壁房的一些聲音。位置很方便，離河邊不遠可以橫跨左右岸，周邊很多書店，離中世紀博物館走路3分鐘到達，附近有美味的咖啡店(Coutume Institut)，走路範圍也可及主要觀光和逛街景點，入住時優雅的主人還非常專業的提供了建議的地圖路徑，是很棒的住宿選擇。

Nice hotel

Great deal in Paris. Small hotel in close walking distance to Notre Dame. Very clean and comfortable. The name of the hotel has changed. Very, very small sign on the window that says hotel Diana. It looks like a hotel chain K bought it and is K Sorbonne.

Good location and clean

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very good location near Notre Dame. The room was very basic; no coffee maker in the room, no drinking glasses, no shelf for my things in the bathroom, no drawers for clothes.

Stayed for 2 nights. Location is excellent. Room was compact but comfortable. Nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast and excellent staff. They had to deal with no internet services because of a flood in the area but still maintained a high level of professionalism.

One last time to see Paris

Pågående reparationer/ombyggnad gjorde att hela hotellet luktade starkt av färg, hissen gick bara vån. 1 och våran tv fungerade inte alls beroende på kapad elektricitet sa de men belysningen fungerade. Frukostsalen var bland annat den som bygget pågick i. I flera dagar så lovade de att fixa tv utan att dyka upp. Strömmen försvann ett par gånger under veckan. Betald frukost kunde de inte ge oss på söndagen då det café de samarbetade med under reparationen hade stängt. Vi ska få tillbaka pengar något vi inte har sett. Dock en bra frukost resten av veckan på caféet som låg c:a 5 min. promenad från själva hotellet. Så bara läget och frukosten ger hotellet plus även om personalen i receptionen var väldigt trevliga räcker inte till för de pengar vi betalade.

Great stay

This hotel is in a fantastic location to experience the city of Paris. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. When we visited the hotel was under reservation so there was not a lobby otherwise it was a great stay.

We loved our stay here

We had booked a 3 persons room and it was spacious and nice on 6th floor. Room looked newly upgraded and nice. Very helpful and kind staff. Hotel is old and under renovation, there is no reception desk in lobby, you have to go a few stairs up to a room where that is, didn’t bother us any. (But you need carry suitcase as no lift first steps up.Tiny lift, had problem go up to 6th floor so we had to go off at 5th (bc of renovation) Hotel is located not far walk from The Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle and Pantheon, you will find metro near Notre Dame to take you to Eiffel Tower if don’t want to walk the long distance. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. ( One thing we missed having in the room was a trash bin, we just used empty paper bags from shopping for it so not a big problem, could had mentioned it to staff , but we didn’t see it as a huge thing )

Ótimo hotel. Muito bem localizado, limpo e otima cama. Tamanho grande de quarto se comparado ao padrao de Paris. O banho poderia ser melhor, pois nao tinha chuveiro de parede. De qualquer forma a hospedagem foi muito boa!

Not great

Good location for our planned sightseeing, hence the reason for booking this hotel in particular as well as the 8.8/ Excellent rating. The hotel interior including our room on the first floor was pretty dull and drab, unlike the photos on here. The ancient AC unit in our room decided to make weird gurgling noises around 3am, even though it was turned off! Staff were pleasant though. Didn’t go for the breakfast buffet as the area off reception used for this was pretty soulless. Based on our experience I cannot agree with that 8.8 rating.

Bad experience

I only praise the good location of the hotel and the friendly and accommodating lady at the reception. On the other hand, I am outraged by the unkindness, insincerity, and lack of friendliness of the other people at the reception. Namely, in my haste, I left my mobile phone charger in the room, plugged into the wall. since I was in Paris for two more nights, I stopped by to pick him up. At first I was told that it was late and guests could not be disturbed, and the cleaning lady did not report anything. On the second day, an extremely uncivilized employee told me that the guests had not come, but nothing was found, and literally kicked me out of the hotel, unkindly and mockingly. on the third occasion, the first employee (who said he could not disturb the guests) confirmed that the guests had not arrived and that he had checked and found nothing. I have never experienced that unprofessionalism and twisting of the story anywhere. Shameful! I recommend all future travelers to avoid this hotel at all costs, especially considering that for the same price they can get a much better and better service and a much higher comfort and quality of accommodation.
