When we arrived, the staff was unfriendly and less helpful. They didn't explain the hotel. When we were at the room we have gotm we recognized that it was occupied by other people. We had to go down and ask for another room. The staff didn't seem to be surprised about the fact, that we have got an occupied room. That wasn't a good start. Later we appreciated the good food. It was apity that none of the pools was heated.

Amazing

A wonderful resort for a few days away. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was good. Most of the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The AC in my room wasn’t working which would have been helpful but nonetheless it was a good holiday stay. Ten mins away from the land of legends and a few mins from some local bazaar shops.

Durchschnittlich

Das Hotel ist generell familienfreundlich. Die Anzahl der Aufzüge könnte man durchaus steigern, da oftmals ein Aufzug in Wartung war während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Nationalität der Besucher war durchmischt. Viele russische und arabische Touristen. Das Essen könnte durchaus besser sein, wir hatten mehrmals Eierschalen in eigerichten. Die Vielfalt war ok, vieles war allerdings schon auf bevor wir zum Essen kamen und es gab Alternativen die qualitativ minderwertiger waren. Das animationsteam war quasi nicht anwesend, man musste sich tagsüber selbst unterhalten. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war durchschnittlich, obwohl wir ein relativ neu renoviertes Zimmer hatten, war das Bad stellenweise schon ranzig. Einiges wurde während unseres Aufenthalts erneuert (zb Seifenspender). Das Hotel allgemein war also durchschnittlich. Es gab zu unserer Überraschung keinen flughafentransfer sodass wir die Fahrt zum Hotel selbst organisieren mussten. Das sollte in keinem 5 Sterne Hotel vorkommen. Es gibt weder Wasserkocher noch andere warmgetränke die man sich selbst auf dem Zimmer zubereiten kann. Die gewohnten Hygieneartikel für das Badezimmer gab es auch kaum. Alles in allem keine 5 Sterne wert.

Miniclub Personal nicht Gut.

Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall Leuten mit Kindern empfehlen, da die Leute, die im Miniclub arbeiten, mit ihren Telefonen in der Hand herumlaufen und nichts machen . Meine kinder wollten T-Shirts bemalen. Die Miniclub arbeiter haben die Farbe und die T-Shirts mitgebracht Sie lagen auf dem Tisch. Und gehten weg Es tut mir leid, aber Sie verkaufen ein Produkt und helfen nicht einmal. Ich sagte, ich würde die Kommentare schreiben, aber die Antwort war eine Dame mit Brille und sie sagte, Sie könnten schreiben. The hotel in general and facilities were great, there was adequate space around the pool areas and was always able to get a sunbed no problem The gym is very well equipped and runs classes throughout the day. The rooms are clean and spacious with the children having proper beds instead of a sofabeds, and the mini bar is a nice touch and is refilled every day. The food in the restaurant is the same every day and lacks poultry options. The bar staff were rude and not helpful in offering drinks and would serve other people at the bar before you even if you were next. There was a language barrier with some staff who didn't understand drinks or questions.

Yemekleri başta olmak üzere, otelin genel durumu 5 yıldızlı her şey dahil bir tesis için vasat altıydı. Barlar ve mekanlarda servis yoktu. Self servis olarak sunulan içecek kalitesi ve sunumu düşük seviyedeydi. Otelin bahçesinin olmaması ve otel çevresinin işlek yollarla kaplı ve gürültülü olması kötüydü.

The resort is a little out of the way of Antalya but it's very peaceful. Room was nice and clean. The private beach is closeby and there is a frequent shuttle service. Food and drinks are abundant at all times, but the fish/meat options aren't the tastiest as they are all blant. May be they need to look at having cooks catering to a more wider variety of visitors from around the world. The numerous restaurants mentioned on the website aren't open during the off season (only the main buffet restaurant). The air con in rooms is also only available in the hotter months hence things are are bit stuffy during March until mid April when the air cons are switched on. But the rooms can be kept cool by keeping the balcony doors open at night. There's a bit of difficulty communicating with staff due to the language barrier but they do their best! Just be aware that some activities (e.g. billiards, adventure park) are charged extra but prices are reasonable. We really enjoyed the spa and Turkish bath experience. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

14 days of amazing hospitalilty from Innvista Belek. We had a lovely room service lady, Aysel who greeted us every morning with a smile and quickly became friendly with my son! She is meticulous in her cleaning and tries her best to work around our schedule when my son is sleeping during the day. She cleaned our room thoroughly and also did very cute towel sculptures on our bed which always put a smile on our face. To the groundskeeper who helped me find my shorts when the wind blew it over. To the amazing staff in the dining area who always offer us drinks and bring a highchair for my son . A special mention to the reception staff to Ekaterina and Murat who sorted out a meeting room for me everyday day to attend a conference call and with Murat who I spoke to everyday, they are all so friendly. 

Guest Relations Aykut , Kader and the manager Darya Yildiz is very helpful and we had a very nice chess ♟️ game with Aykut.

I loved my stay here and would highly recommend to everyone !! Hospitality is what makes this place world class. The facility is very clean with constant 24/7 cleaners. 10-15 minute walk to land of legend and the nearest mosque. Very fast broadband also . Will definitely be coming back next year
