Great place, great location

We absolutely loved our stay! Was a cute and tiny place but comfortable and close to what we wanted. The staff was very nice and courteous, it was very clean and the breakfast was a real treat! The ONLY THING…the AC lowered only to 20 and with this heat wave, it got hot in the room…just a little but we slept very well after. Thank you!

Great location, but less than stellar rooms. Need to be an escape room whiz to navigate the remote check-in. Breakfast was fantastic though.

8/10 Very good

Staff answered fast to problems which we had a few. App is not the best which is needed for check-in and code for the lock. Breakfast is pretty nice if you are not vegan, but then again we didn't inform our needs. Area has lots of breakfast places for everyone. I read some complaiments being too cold, but they seem to be taken care because it was very warm inside (+10 outside). There was mild cigarette aroma but they said they are going to look after it. We had room Bianco.

The location was incredible. The check in was easy breeze. Within 10 mins walk, you can pretty much reach everywhere you want to visit as a tourist. Highly recommended.

Extremely well designed, well appointed, comfortable, and centrally located situation. My stay was extremely satisfying and I would definitely repeat it if ever in the area again excellent bargain

I’m giving this 3 stars for the location only, it was great but but the moldy bathroom and general uncleanliness was gross.

Clean, functional and great value. No staff to help for arrival procedure, unclear message received for locking codes, especially for Blanco room.

Downtown Bari

The room was nice and breakfast was to English liking. The room was close to all the Bari sites we wanted to see. Walking distance from grocery store or shops.

6/10 Good

Our room was fine but the pillows were awful. The breakfast was good and varied. The lodging was a very long walk from the train station and a fairly long walk from the sites in old town. The staff in the office had limited English and it was hard to communicate. We were told to leave our luggage in the office which was over a mile away from our room. We were given vague directions. And one of the staff Members sitting in the office even stuck her tongue out—very unprofessional! Only when an Italian friend talked to the personnel on the phone did we get helpful information.

The fridge nor the hair dryer worked. Window in the bathroom has to be fixed. Humidity and mildew on the bathroom wall and the hall way to the bathroom, curtains dirty on the bottom from being so long no access to TV Channels,

a bit disappointing

It was a bit disappointing on the whole. There was no internet availability in our room (Rosso) at any point in our stay. The breakfast was disappointing; we asked for some milk but never received any and on the second morning we received no water or fruit juice. The lift was very small; barely big enough for 2 people with luggage.

Lo bueno del lugar que está muy céntrico. No hay personal en el establecimiento, tienes que solucionar todo por teléfon. Desayuno bien.
