Near the Lake

I booked the family room at last minute，room is worth for the price，it is comfort to stay. However，toilets and bathrooms are outside the house，and if you want to bath with hot water you have to pay for it. Overall it is good.

I stayed in the dome Deluxe Tent and I was truly amazed at this accommodation! The lakefront view was gorgeous to wake up to. I like that there was a mini fridge and kettle with tea/coffee in the room. Also, the couch was very comfy and I was able to borrow a DVD from the office to watch that evening. There was a lot of parking by the dome and the cooking area was clean with enough dishes and utensils.

It's a great place to spent our time. Beautiful surroundings. All the amenities are there except for the slight inconvenience of having to walk a litte way for the bathroom and toilets.

I didn’t expect the holiday park cabin as I just booked it before the day. However, it was extremely pleasant and tidy. In the cabin, most of the basic kitchen cutlery and dinnerwares were displayed well. All the facility was very clean and quite :)

We had a lovely stay here, the unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our only problem was the single bunk beds which were very noisy and squeaky and the springs were too soft- one of our group got their hair caught in the springs. Otherwise the unit was great.

Amazing!

Amazing location and an amazing experience. Only criticism was WiFi was limited and although there was a TV, there was no TV aerial (you can borrow DVDs for free from reception). Note the dome gets hot during the day and cool during the night and there is the odd bug. HOWEVER it is a tent so expected and not a criticism. Overall I highly recommend it and I would stay there again!

Loads of room, SUPER friendly staff, beautiful location right on the water, our chalet was right on the main road with big trucks passing through at all hours of the night, but that didnt bother us, used ear plugs. 15 min drive into town with endless activity options, eateries and adventures, absolutely LOVED Lake Taupo! Top Ten tested, tried and true, good value!
