Hotel Lotus was the first stay in my Iceland trip. The staff is very friendly and they went above and beyond to help me prepare for the rest of my trip. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was amazing. There is a supermarket right across the street. A lot of tour operators and airport shuttle service do pick up/drop off at the hotel which was very convenient.

From the moment we arrived, the team were incredibly friendly and welcoming – check-in was professional, warm and effortless, and nothing was ever too much trouble throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, cosy and modern, offering everything we needed to relax after long days exploring. Breakfast was a real highlight too, with a lovely array of items to choose from and staff who were always happy to help. There was even home made cake, cookies and hummus all of which were very delicious. The staff were so lovely and helpful giving us advice and tips on what to do and where to go. Parking was easy, and the hotel’s location made it simple to get into the city while still enjoying a peaceful base. Overall, a truly delightful stay – highly recommended!
