Our room was nice with a large TV. Regulating room temperature was very difficult - you were either very very warm or cold. The breakfast service was adequate and attention was very good for replacing items and cleanliness. The gym appeared to be new and it honestly was one of the nicest work out areas for a hotel that I have seen. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our family get together. My only complaint was that our stay was 4 nights and we received no room service to replace towels etc. I inquired at the desk and all I got was that they could give us a few towels. A sticker on our mirror in the bathroom said that we would receive room service every other day. Disappointed as room service was why this hotel only received a 3 on our last visit .

The check in process was good and with a friendly person to explain everything the hotel had to offer. The hotel appeared to be clean and was recently renovated and up dated. The breakfast was your standard fare with no complaints. Our only complaint was the bedding. The fitted sheets were too small for the bed and would not stay on the mattress. The sheets were very rough and starchy feeling so it made for an uncomfortable sleep experience.

Our room was so big it felt like a little suite. It was spacious, I should say. It was clean and the hotel itself had great staff. The breakfast was good and the setup/eating area was also nice! The coffee was great. I loved the area where we stayed because it was close enough to downtown. We had great food options around us and we were near the main stores I would need if I needed anything (Target, TJ Maxx, etc) there was also a GREAT brewery like 5 minutes away that had amazing food and drinks! Would stay here again.
