軟硬體皆不佳

硬體方面實在不理想，外觀牆壁磁磚已經剝落，內部溫泉池也無開放（據說年底會整修好！）！或許夏天熱氣球期間才是主力營運時間！相對軟硬體服務屆時會比較理想！

是一間在地的老飯店，但看的出用心維護和整修，瑕不掩瑜！房間很大，床很舒適，還有浴缸！很乾淨！飯店人員很多原住民，服務親切貼心！自助早餐簡單但足夠！門口就是台灣好行，按時刻表可以搭車到高台看熱氣球（時刻要先上熱氣球官網查）。可預約飯店鹿野火車站接送，很適合沒有車的遊客。後面是龍田降落場，早起運氣好可以看到熱氣球降落，附近是阿度的店，可以預約腳踏車導覽龍田！整體住宿CP值超高！建議改善：希望備品中增加浴帽，洗手檯增加潔手乳！煮水壺有點舊，也可以換掉。

台東地区の移動に便利

台東市内と関山、池上を結ぶバス停の隣にあり、台鉄鹿野駅へもバスで5分程度で行ける。但し一時間に一本程度で旅行スケジュールは時刻表を確認する必要がある。 付近の商店や飲食店は日中しか開いてないので、夜は台東市内か鹿野駅前で済ますか、ホテルのロビー脇の西洋風バーで飲食する事になる。従業員は大抵地元の人（バーの主人はドイツ人）の事で大変フレンドリー、ロビー前の庭園や客室の掃除は行き届いていたが、シャワーのお湯が出にくかった。
