Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle et très propre. Un peu bruyant parce qu’au centre-ville. Facilité à se déplacer partout à pied. Près de la station de train. Bon petits déjeuners. Nous avons grandement apprécié la terrasse.

Erinomainen sijainti, siisti ja tilava huone Sateella vesi tulvi huoneen lattialle parvekkeen oven alta. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällinen, mutta englantia osasivat yhtä vähän kuin me italiaa. Kommunikointi oli haastavaa.

A simple yet excellent stay. The room was clean and well stocked with all you’d expect, with a spacious bathroom and lovely Juliet balcony (some have full balconies). A lovely warm welcome, and great communication from the owners. Close to everything relevant in Pisa, as a visitor, but far enough away from the tourist chaos. I would happily stay again.

Fantastic location and nice and clean hotel

Had a great stay at Gialel Pisa who is in the perfect location just 7 mins walk from the Tower. My friend and I shared a twin room with an external private bathroom - but it was very clean and just outside our room. Also we had the most beautiful balcony - which we used a lot. The staff doesn't speak much English but they were very welcoming and helpful - so can only highly recommend.

The room was very comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a short walk from everything in Pisa. We had someone running in the Half Marathon and they were able to walk to the starting line and go home for a shower afterwards. The accommodations were basic but there is no reason to be in your room is Pisa, the city is so beautiful.

Great place for a few nights

Few complaints about this place, clean, good location, large enough rooms. Only issue is that the walls are very thin and you do hear a fair bit of noise from other rooms. But for the price for a few nights, it was great

Very Good but Noisy

The room was very nice with a fridge, excellent air con and a very comfortable bed. There was a small lift and the building felt very safe. My only complaint is the noise level, not from outside, but from inside. There seemed to be no sound proofing and a lot of echo so you could hear loud voices from the halls and reception, TV, slamming doors, etc. I carry earplugs and had to use them to fall asleep most nights. If it wasn’t for the noise, I would have given it a higher score. As long as you don’t mind wearing earplugs, you should be fine

This property met all my expectations! Gialel Pisa is very near the Piazza dei Miracoli where the Leaning Tower is located. A mere 6-minute walk is all it takes to marvel in the beauty of the spectacular monuments of Pisa. Moreover, the room that we stayed in is very clean and very spacious. A big plus is the wonderful and working AC which is a big deal after spending the whole day under the sweltering heat of the sun. The front desk staff are very welcoming! Highly recommended!

Excellent location and sparklingly clean and modern. However, there were no shutters or exterior blinds on the very large window and the air conditioning could not keep the room cool in the hot, sunny weather.
