Right across the street there was a small laundry mat to wash your own clothes. Breakfast was delicious and that staff were incredibly nice. The hotel is incredibly charming.

Second time revisiting this charming boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. Stayed for 3 weeks this time, and enjoyed my time a great deal. The staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. Staying for this long, they tend to know what you are having for breakfast and are able to whip it up in no-time - it'ss just the small things like this that makes you wanna come back next year. I just love having breakfast on the rooftop in the morning. It's just so calm and serene - love it! There is also a very nice pool if you wanna enjoy a swim. The only issue we had was some noise from the building itself on the top floor. The staff is aware of this, and I am not sure if anything can be done, but for next year we will rather stay in the second best room - it's almost as spacious and does not have this issue. See you next year!

This is a very small place but has lovely small pool and pool bar area, only real complaint is the stupid room key being need to run the electricity, there is a slot directly inside the door, if your room key isn’t inserted the room has no air conditioning or electrical power, so every time you come back it’s a hot room, also when checking in they require a 1000 Bhat cash deposit for the key, I requested a second key but was denied.

This is a charming hotel with gracious, friendly and helpful staff. While in the old town, it is down a small street, so it is quiet and you wake to birdsong and not street traffic. Quaint boutique hotel!

This hotel was lovely! The staff were very kind and the property was very clean and well kept. It is located on a side street on the west side of the Ancient City, which I found to be more quiet than the east side. Wat Phra Singh was a very short walk away. And a 7-11 was very close by too. The hotel has a restaurant on site, which had good food and excellent service.

Very quaint small hotel right in the heart of Chiang Mai's Old City. The small pool is lovely on those hot days after exploring the city. Staff is extremely friendly and the place was spotless. We took advantage of the mini convenience store across from the hotel that also serves as the local bar. We hung out with the locals before or after heading out to dinner.
