Für Ferien in der City Manama sehr empfehlenswert

Die Crew ist sehr bemüht um das Wohl der Gäste. Wir bekamen auch unser Zimmer mit der Aussicht, das genau in der Buchung abgebildet war. Wenn der Zimmerservice mal was vergessen hatte, wurde prompt nachgeholt. Wellnessbereich war ein Traum und die Einstellhalle für Mietwagen war inklusive. Die Lage von Hotel ist sehr ideal, für zu Fuß die Hotspots von Manama zu entdecken. Wir würden beim nächsten mal wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Wasn't clear that the hotel was dry. Noise from neighboring rooms. Pool was closed. Friendly staff. Tidy large rooms. Disappointed as I was looking forward to sitting by the pool with a cold beverage.

Det er et nyt og dejligt hotel. Placeringen er fin og nemt at komme til og fra. Men noget kedelige omgivelser. Den personlige service -specielt i receptionen - er elendig. Skulle bruge concierge men han/hun kunne ikke opdrives. Min bedste anbefaling er intensivt arbejde med service kulturen

Sufyan the manager thanks for your care althoguth i faced different matter during my stay vut all resolved by him So thanks i rate it high becasue of you I just recommend breakfast to be changed day to day not to be same all time during full week Also jakuzi suppose to be provided for men and bot just women Also i would recommend if swimming pool temrature be warm and get opeend allc time not till 5 pm which is very early

Very Disappointed!!!

The room was very dirty, not dusted and the floor had coffee stains which were not cleaned. The washroom glass had stains which we’re visibly not cleaned. Generally the room was Dirty!
