Overhead shower was not usable as it sprayed water excessively from the top, all over the ceiling, and onto the floor, so we were limited to the handheld option. Even using the handheld, the water drained very slowly and flooded the floor. Also, the shower is not private in the room, it is open and exposed so whoever you are staying with will be watching you shower. Several amenities listed (rooftop terrace, laundry facilities) did not exist at the property. The air conditioning fan was exceptionally noisy, and the bed sagged quite a bit and was very close to the floor. Overall, the area of Naples it is located in is sketchy at best. Dog droppings and piles of garbage lined the streets, and the entire city was covered every inch in graffiti. The room itself was clean, but staff was not present 24/7 and the attendant who was there was limited in knowledge as he admitted it was his girst day. Property owner is difficult to get in touch with and only communicates through whatsapp.

Napolinn B&B is in a great location to explore Naples and beyond . 5 min walk to tube station and 25/30 min walk to train station. The host were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay and gave us lots of information about Naples. Room was small but very clean though the bed wasn't the greatest. Breakfast was included and was ok , had to pay extra if you wanted eggs which I thought wasn't very good. Don't expect a lie in as the room was very nosy around 8 am when they started to prepare breakfast. Over all a decent stay would recommend for 2-3 nights

Stayed for just 2 nights with my son. The place was in an excellent location, never worried about walking around at night. The room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Giuliana was an excellent host that made us feel at home. She also ordered us a cab to take us to the airport

Tuvimos una estancia corta, giulianna nos recibió y fue extremadamente amable, lo escogimos porque daban un beneficio por ser cliente expedía (key) pero no nos lo dieron. Lo cual no es relevante porque fueron muy amables. El hotel es familiar, pero está muy bien ubicado, está todo cerca, transporte accesible y está limpio. Excelente vista de la terraza donde sirven el desayuno.

We stayed for one night because we had an early flight out of Naples airport. We arrived by train from Sorrento and walked to Napolinn B&B from the train station. The room was well equipped and clean. Guiliana recommended where to go for delicious pasta and even made the reservation for us. She also called the taxi for us for the next morning, As a bonus, the gelato shop just a block away was the best gelato that we had on our entire Italy trip.

Wonderful stay in napoli

The best place -HOME - in the hear of Naples

B&B Napolinn is the best it is like HOME.Giuliana the owner is amazing caring, gentle and helpful person. Breakfast are delicious and if you have a chance to eat them on the roof patio. They are WOW!!! During entire our stay in Napolinn we feel like home. Im consider myself lucky to be able to stay in the heart of Naples in such amazing place like Napolinn.
