由於是新酒店，設施和房間都很乾淨和新，泳池不算太大，但設計很美，不少人坐在池邊看書和曬太陽，房間很好，空間感大，床很大，露台可看到泳池。可以在餐廳旁用餐，悠閒和環境很美，食物也附有bali的特色，挺好吃。Spa真心推薦，服務很好，過程舒適。酒店人員友善又有禮貌，真心一讚！That's really good

I really enjoyed my stay here, lovely atmosphere with wonderful and attentive staff. Extremely clean, spa and gym were a plus as well. There was also a shuttle that made it convenient to get to beaches and Icon mall, although private rides are also easy and inexpensive.

Hôtel agréable dans le centre de Sanur. Chambre grande et propre avec douche extérieure, ce qui est parfait à Bali. Service très aimable, souriant et efficace. Luckily there is a shuttle that takes you to the Sanur Strip, otherwise, the hotel would be isolated. The menu is very poor and the breakfast is uninspiring. The pool area is really nice and it's possible to get sun or shade. Helpfull service.

Lovely property, we very much enjoyed our stay. The shuttle to near the beach was good. A pity this resort isnt closer to the beach as there is not much within walking distance and on the other side of a busy road. But we knew that when we went there and the resort itself was beautiful and everything really nicely done.

Fantastic week

We stayed for a week. Everything about the time we spent at the hotel was 5star. Breakfast is excellent, by the pool. The swimming pool is lovely and calm. there were sunbeds available everyday. We got a Gojek in the evening to go to a restaurant. There's a couple close by that are good for lunch but much more choice in Sanur itself. Staff were exceptional, room thoroughly cleaned every day.

TLDR: Food and service were fantastic, small pool area but comfortable, close to the beach, rooms could be nicer depending on how much you care about it. The Alantara Sanur has fantastic service and food. I really appreciated that the breakfast food changed day to day, it was also delicious. We also had dinner at the resort twice, once with their set menu for the busker night. The resort offered a free shuttle to go down near the beach for free, but we ended up using Grab to go to some places we found for dinner and happy hour which was very cheap. We rode to the resort via hotel arranged transportation and went back to the airport using Grab as well. This hotel has a program where they teach (?) or allow students to get hospitality experience, which it seems that the staff are incredibly attentive. The hotel is family friendly in general, although the pool area is fairly small (maybe ~ 30 people comfortably?) so two families with kids kind of takes up a lot of space. It’s a beautiful area though and my mom and I spent a lot of time in the pool. I didn’t personally think the rooms were that clean, the sheets and pillows seem old and have a yellowish tint to them and had small stains and the shower water smelled a little bit, though my mom didn’t seem to care.

Bel établissement confortable et bien équipé. Il manque toutefois de charme. Il faut traverser la by pass avec un trafic monstre pour se rendre sur la plage. Heureux l'hôtel propose une rotation de navettes. Le bord de mer a bien été amenagé et un centre commercial "Icon" trône sur le chemin.
