BLACK MOLD and stains

I have been traveling A LOT in my life, and this ”hotel” is by far the worst I’ve stayed at. We booked a standard room to not have to experience nastiness, yet the room had an absurd amount of stains on the floor and BLACK MOLD in the shower. We thought about sleeping in the car instead of using the room. That’s how disgusting it was.

No services at all. Rug was very old and dirty. Location is great. Price is good.

Watch out

I did not receive the e-mail I was promised ehen I made the reservation on how to get into the ‘hotel’ - the six-digit login had run out, causing me to several attempts to verify my identity! The call to get assistance want to a multiple choice automation. I was rescued incidentally by a person doing installation work at the place, who - probably totally against the rules - found my keys!!

6/10 Good

It was quite loud at night because the walls were quite thin. The bathroom had a smell that came out of the pipes. The Hotel is central and for Copenhagen quite cheap. I guess it's okay for a weekend trip.

Nope

Very hard to get in. No reception as such- had to wait for the dude to open. A bit nasty all over

Dirty and smells like cigarettes

The carpet is full of stains and worst of all: the room REALLY smelled like cigarettes. We left the windows wide open for both days and it was still smelly when we left. One of the bedside lamps didn't work Stain on one of the sheets Beds comfortable Location excellent

2/10 Poor

Its a lie!

The hotell is more of a "rent a room" experience. The "hotel" cleanliness is soo far from what the pictures shows when booking! The whole place has been neglected. Dirty carpets, dirty walls, spider web on roof lining, old moldy dust on top of curtains, mold in shower, chalk all over the place from the chalky water in bathroom, extremly noisy. Walls and floors must be made of paper.. bad service when checking in.

Don't stay if you like to have a good night rest.

Noisy - could hear everything from tv from the neugbours to people outside. Carpet was dirty. The power socket in the bathroom was loose. Only one power socket in the room so could only charge one device at the time. No instructions of how to get in, use the lock to get out, or the checkout procedure. The 'receptionist' was mumbling - was hard to communicate with him. The blinds in the room did not kept the light out so it was already light in the room at 5 am. I would never stay there again even location was great.

Billig leje.

Good Location and a Practical Stay in Copenhagen.

This hotel is ideally located in Nørrebro, right next to the cemetery where H.C. Andersen and physicist Niels Bohr are buried, should you wish to pay your respects. It’s close to a metro station, with the M3 line taking you directly to Copenhagen Central Station (København H) in about 20 minutes, or you can take the 5C bus. Walking to the centre takes around 30 minutes, with plenty of vintage shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, and a lovely lake along the way. The hotel sits slightly back from the main street between two office buildings—an unusual but quiet and practical location. Entry is via a code system, with details sent in advance. My friend and I stayed in the family room, which had two beds: one downstairs and one in an open loft nook. Both areas offered a degree of privacy. The carpet had a couple of bleach stains, but the room itself was clean. The beds were comfortable, and it was pleasant to return after a day out. The duvet consisted of two singles rather than one large one, which might bother some couples. The room was warm, Wi-Fi worked well, and while the TV wasn’t connected to cable or the internet, so no Danish Tv. Overall, it was a good stay and served its purpose well. I’d recommend this hotel to couples or friends seeking a convenient, comfortable base in Copenhagen.

Lidt svært at få kontakt. Sengen fin.

The property itself was very dirty. There was vomit in the planter outside upon arrival, the carpets were filthy, and I ran the shower on its hottest setting for 10 minutes before getting in because that’s the only way I could justify bathing myself in it. The communication from the hotel was basically nonexistent until after 7pm on the day of your stay and the staff is unorganized. I’m only giving the overall stay two stars because the size of the room wasn’t bad and I got a good night’s sleep.
