Great location, staff and value

Room was clean and reasonably spacious. Staff was super friendly and responsive, really appreciated their effort. Location was perfect as it's within walking distance to famous attractions. The hotel is next to a small plaza with restaurants so there was some noises from the diners, but it's on an acceptable level. The only feedback for improvement is to install a sliding door at the showering area, as water splashed out so easily.

No tiene una sola cosa de bueno. Todo es pésimo, la habitación aparte de sucia y con muchos detalles de pintura, no tiene ni donde poner las toallas de mano, no las toallas de baño, las cortinas entran hasta el lavabo y están perfectamente sucias, no tiene un lugar adecuado para colgar ropa, el colchón y las sábanas son de lo peor, no tiene ni siquiera el banco para abrir la maleta. Utilizan el nombre de una buena cadena, pero la verdad es una estafa. NO ENTIENDO COMO EXPEDÍA NO REVISA ESAS COSAS. Si no lo hacen, ustedes se convierten en cómplices. Gran decepción. Me gustaría recibir una respuesta de seguimiento. Saludos

This property was a great place for a couple who wants to be out of the tourist craze every day in Barcelona. This is very much a locals area. It is about a 30 minute walk into the downtown gothic district, La rambla, etc. but you can always take the metro or bus, we did both. The walk isn’t bad at all but just gets exhausting after a few days of doing it. Overall this was a great property for us and what we were hoping to experience in Barcelona. I would say the property is very basic, nothing fancy but it’s a nice place to relax at the end of the day. The rooms could definitely use some touch ups and renovations with paint, scuffed walls, and maybe a better sound proofing system. You can hear just about everything through the walls and door, even some of the noise from the square outside the hotel but we didn’t spend much time in the room so we were ok. If they made some basic esthetic updates I think they would be a perfect hotel for the Gracia neighborhood.

The hotel staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, accommodating. The access code system to enter the hotel and room was ok, but we had initial challeges with securing the access code. The room had plain concrete floors, walls, ceiling, not a soothing relaxing atmosphete at all. One little chair, portable fridge on the floor, no carpets or paint colors on the walls. For a Marriott bonvoy we were expecting more. The bed was comfortable, which in the end is most important.

Petit hôtel situé dans un secteur sympathique, la personne a l’accueil est attentionnée. Les attractions se font à pied si vous êtes un bon marcheur sinon il y a le transport en commun. Petit hic, frigo dans la chambre était à peine plus frais que la chambre.
