Mary is a joy and welcomes you into her home and makes you feel like part of her family. Nice quiet place to stay that is close to attractions. Breakfast was lovely and we look forward to returning soon.

Classic B&B in easy location for access to all Newport has to offer without the hassles of downtown. Charming bedroom and excellent breakfasts. Hostess has extensive local knowledge. Walking distance to two local beaches and the south end of Cliff Walk.

The house is close to the Mansions and the center of town. The street is quiet and relatively secluded from the main streets. The host was very pleasant, inviting and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Stay was amazing. We had some travel issues and Mary worked with us to make sure that everything was accommodated to make our trip perfect. We loved the place. The back yard was a great place to relax and decompress. The room we had was quite large and very comfortable.

we stayed a the Gardenview last week end with my husband and were very happy with our experience. The room was very comfortable, with an access to the beautiful garden. The breakfasts were amazing, extremely tasty and filling. It is very close to the "center" of Newport, in a very quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely go back on my next visit to Newport!

We came to Newport RI for Memorial Day weekend. This Bed&Breakfast is the quintessential New England Home. From the slay bed hardwoods, every picture frame & every piece of antique furniture speaks to the history & spirit of today's New England! The backyard is super charming. Breakfast was amazing, and Mary the owner is the sweetest, nicest person. She has the friendliest dog named Fitz! She made us feel at home. We're definitely coming back
