The whole experience was wonderful. Great hosts, really nice room and view and perfectly positioned for town. Breakfasts were a triumph and hospitality from Ryan was second to none. We really enjoyed our stay here and it made Shetland a really enjoyable experience for us.

I had a lovely stay here, it is well located and the room I was in was well kept. I will say watch out for the step into the bathroom as the door is misleading! Also if you're more than a size 12 you will struggle to wash yourself in the shower without banging your elbows on something! The in room tea and coffee making facilities, along with the small fridge were appreciated. I had an issue with the toilet flush which was dealt with in an expedient manner. I would stay here again :)

Great location; lovely hosts, excellent breakfast - will stay again! Shower was a bit low on pressure & Town hall clock can be a bit intrusive in the back room but otherwise great value.....

The place was spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet. The guesthouse was very handily situated for shops and public service buses being in the very heart of Lerwick. There was easy Wi-Fi access in the room and a large TV screen by the bed.

Perfect hosts, perfect spot!

We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our trip! We were right on the road where all the cute little shops are but it was never loud. We walked from the ferry- it wasn't too far. The owners are just wonderful and gave us ideas on places to see and where to eat. The breakfast was delicious! Try the porridge, you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend!

If you like staying in the town center on a pedestrian street with warm and welcoming hosts, this is the place to be. This family-run guest house makes you feel right at home. They are attentive but not intrusive. If there is anything you need, they are there to help. Also their breakfast should not be missed. It was made to order and scrumptious!
