Loud noises, no hot water

This serviced apartment stay was in a central location. We liked that there was 24/7 staff at the entrance and they were friendly. We also liked the apartment was cleaned daily. Unfortunately it was not a restful stay because there was a very loud machine pump noise which made it very difficult to get sleep during the night. Sometimes we would fall asleep and it would wake us up. It would start around 6 am and continue for most of the day. This was not construction or city noise - it was within the building. We let them know and they were not able to do anything about it. Also there was not reliable hot water. It would be on for 3-5 minutes and then get very cold. Finally the bathroom had a bad smell of standing water. For these reasons I really would not recommend this accommodation.

Our stay here was excellent. The studio apartment was immaculate, extremely comfortable bed and loads of sunshine. Hot water was sufficient however, the showerhead flow made it difficult to shower, Making it almost an increase in time in the shower. Front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Vacation to CDMX

We had the most amazing time, the property was amazing, smelled amazing & was immaculate. We had 4 people and all had our own space to spread out. It was beautiful and the staff was super attentive, and even bared with us with our not-so-excellent Spanish. I would recommend this property to anyone & everyone! The location was perfect as well!

We felt so at home and comforted by 24/7 friendly doorman service. The roof deck views were amazing and the location the best. We walked all over the city and realized the location was the best with its tree lined streets and walking paths, connection to Mexico Park and nice restaurants (many of the best in the city are close by). We highly recommend it for families.

The safety we felt at the Felix Boutique Apartments was of course our favorite aspect of the booking. Not only is the building itself secured with 24/7 doorman service, but your floor is only accessible via an elevator key entrance. The property was always clean and we enjoyed daily housekeeping as well. It was close to all of our favorite restaurants and Parque México which has so many beautiful hidden corners to explore. I would recommend anyone interested in this property book their stay ASAP! I also wanted to point out how attentive and hospitable the staff was from check in to check out. We truly enjoyed our wonderful stay and plan on returning soon! Gracias Félix Boutique!
