ファミリールーム、部屋は広くてシャワーの水圧やお湯もバッチリ シャワールームの床が滑りやすいのには注意が必要 バスタオルはあるがフェイスタオル無し 洗面台にタオル掛け無し 歯ブラシ、髭剃り、使い捨てスリッパ、電気ケトル、冷蔵庫、無料の水(ペットボトル)、マグカップ、コーヒー有り エアコンはあるが、暖房機能がないので部屋が少し寒い(2024年12月24日) 台鉄台中駅は徒歩10分 ららぽーとは徒歩15分 チェックアウトはフロントにカードキーを置いていくだけ

櫃檯太高，客人行近櫃檯也無法看到酒店職員，一定要職員站起來才可以與客人交談，沒有親切感，房間夠大但好簡陋，清潔度差，四只白色咖啡杯杯內全是新的咖啡漬，看來是上一首客人用過沒有換過或清洗，浴室磁盆漏水連舉地上也有水，沒有衣櫃只在牆上掛幾個衣架，說明每天只換浴巾和倒垃圾但入往了兩天也沒有換，一定不會推薦朋友住這間的。
