Helpful staff helped us arrange for a driver and a guide for the Medina. Laundry service was provided with a small extra fee. We watched World Cup games in the courtyard with the owners. We appreciated the hospitality and look forward to returning there again for a future visit to Fes."

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le personnel est impeccable. Le manager a été très agréable et nous avons discuté longtemps avec lui. Il nous a appris grandement sur les traditions marocaines et la ville de Fès. L’endroit est magnifique et le déjeuner est typiquement marocain. Les seuls bémols sont que la télé ne fonctionnait pas (probablement notre erreur), même si nous ne l’avons essayé qu’une fois et le balcon pourrait faire bon usage d’un peu plus d’entretien. Autrement, c’était super comme endroit. Je le recommande ! PS: il y a des chambres qui nécessite de monter beaucoup d’escalier, simplement le mentionner dans la réservation et ils pourront vous attribuer une chambre au rez de chaussé."
