Warm and attentive hosts, super clean rooms, top notch view, perfect location - quiet, easy transit, great food. The San Marco room offered two twin beds and a queen so we all got great sleep. These buildings are older but this one is beautifully maintained. There's always a bit of noise to be expected in these spots but that has nothing to do with the hotel, more the nature of the city and age of the building. Consider ear plugs but otherwise, it's perfect. We were do happy with the experience and the value. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! Checking in before we left the US alleviated a ton of stress! Super easy to get in! Beautiful canal view and good restaurants a few paces from the hotel. Wonderful stay! The hotel is stunning inside, the spiral staircase is truly a work of art. Our room was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. We never heard any other guests, but we do know there was people there…so very quiet! It’s a prime location for the water bus Tre Archi stop (maybe 20 steps to the front door). It was great not having to haul our luggage through the confusion streets of Venice! Tre Archi takes you right to Venezia Santa Lucia train station for easy arrival and departure from Venice. We stayed two nights and are truly in awe of how incredible Venice is. Our canal view room at this incredible hotel made our trip perfect!

Absolutely wonderful! Host and Histess were amazing. Great location. Located on one of the main canals and there was a public water taxi station right outside the property. Very convenient! Close to train station. Overall wonderful stay! For English speaking visitors, this is one of the only places we stayed that had a tv set up for streaming services.
