If I could, I would give minus one star. Front desk, people were not friendly. They did not greet the gas. They were always busy and they were all the time in the computer. room has all the walls, scratch it and dirty. The floor in our room were damaged. The towers were of poor quality. Also they do not offer hand towels. there is no toiletries in the bathroom. I definitely do not recommend this hotel for anybody.

1. O garagista do hotel destruiu a frente do nosso carro. O hotel rapidamente diz que nao é responsabilidade deles, pois terceirizam o serviço de garagem. Aliás, eles parecem tercerizar tudo--para nao se responsabilizar com nada...Tivemos que gastar horrores com Uber, carro inviabilizado. NAO DEIXEM O CARRO NA GARAGEM DO HOTEL (risco alto de danificarem seu carro). E NAO DEIXEM O CARRO FORA DA GARAGEM (risco de roubo). Isto é, NAO FIQUEM NESSE HOTEL cuja direção é TOTALMENTE INCOMPETENTE. 2. A WiFi no quarto simplesmente nao existe. É tao fraca que ate pra mandar uma mensagem de Whatssap é impossivel, imagine si estiver de Home Office. O hotel nao se responsabiliza nem procura alternativas. 3. Brigas violentissimas bem na frente do hotel de noite involvendo mais de 12 homens conferindo socos e chutes uns nos outros. Os seguranças nem prestram atençao, muito menos chamam a policia. Terceirizam o serviço de segurança tambem. 4. Barulho intenso de furadeira no Domingo pela manha! 5. Banheiro molhado por todos os lugares ao tomar banho. 6. Resumo: o hotel nao garante nem os serviços BASICOS de um hotel UMA estrela e perante a qualquer problema: nao resolvem, nao se responsabilizam.

Hotel promete frigobar com itens grátis, mas só tem o frigobar mesmo, pois ele fica vazio. Chuveiro frio, não aquece adequadamente. Promete Tv 42 mas só tem uma de 32 no máximo com um controle remoto horrível.
