Comfortable business stay

The hotel room was small, but the great decor and furniture arrangement made it feel sufficient. The stay was comfortable as all the decor was new and modern, and there was enough lighting everywhere. The reception had complimentary fruits to take, and there are a lot of common seating for us to take a rest or have supper

Dejligt værelse. Lille badeværelse, mem brugbart. Støj fra gaden var lidt for meget. Boede på 1. sal lige over hovedindgangen, så der var en del bevægelse udenfor om natten.

Perfect location

This hotel was lovely. The staff was welcoming. We arrived early and they checked our bags for us so we could go out on the town until our room was ready. If you’re in town for a shorter visit then I would recommend this hotel because it’s right next-door to the Rijksmuseum and half a block from restaurants, coffee shops, etc. boat Canal tours embark from the canal across the street. This hotel room was a little small by American standards. My husband is 6’1” and he had a little trouble moving his arms to shave, but the shower head was adjustable for his height. They had a lovely complementary, self-serve coffee bar that would rival a coffee shop. This saved us time and money finding coffee in the morning. Overall, a wonderful experience, we would stay there again the two of us, would not recommend for a family with kids.

Given wrong room type

I was given a cosy double room instead of a deluxe room! My room was very very tiny and I could barely fit inside the bathroom and move around, I think they accidentally gave me the wrong size room because I viewed the pictures of the cosy double room and that’s what I was given! Not the deluxed double room that I paid for! But I only realised this on the day we was checking out! To be precise they gave me room number 304 and Leonardo can confirm this room is a cosy double room

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé une bonne nuit, le lit était très confortable et les équipements sont présents. Le personnel est agréable. Localisation formidable. Les seuls points négatifs sont l'attente à l'arrivée à l'hôtel pour la préparation de la chambre même après l'heure de check-in (15h30) ainsi que la propreté de la chambre, qui à certains endroits est moyenne. Les verres avaient des traces de calcaire.

Great location and friendly service

Room and location was great. We were in the Quad room on the top floor. As we visited in February, the weather outside was extremely cold and there was a significant draft from the windows in the room. Reported this to reception and the lady provided us with a couple of oil heaters to warm the room which was very thoughtful. Wouldnt be a problem if you choose to stay later in the year. Good sized room and bathroom with a good shower. We requested that our room was cleaned daily and this was done to a high standard. Tea and coffee facilities were available and bottled water was provided daily. There was also a small fridge. Really good location(across from Rijkmuseum) The reception staff and breakfast staff were all really friendly and helpful.
