We had a lovely stay in a huge room just off Republic Square - we had a small balcony overlooking the restaurants. We cannot believe the great value this property provides with a huge room, including a bright and modern bathroom. There was a big sofa to relax on so you didn't have to sit on the bed. The bed was so comfortable and huge too! Tea, coffee and water are provided and topped up for free. Reception were happy to check us in early as the room had been vacated early and was clean and ready for us. They also provided a list of the "must see" places and a couple of restaurant reservations too. The air conditioning was silent and effective. There are restaurants and shops at the entrance to the property and even a Starbucks close by. All in all - a great property in a very central location at an incredibly reasonable price. We would highly recommend!

Great hotel in city center

Don’t be put off by the modest entry from the street lift and not very impressive stairs up to the hotel . It is right on top of restaurants ,shopping etc . A supermarket 30 yards away everything very close at hand.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are great value for money plus strong Wi-Fi . This is an excellent Hotel for the price .

The hotel was so cute. They upgraded us upon arrival and the room was clean, had great amenities and the staff were super nice and helpful. The location was perfect. The only downside for me was the bed was a bit lumpy, my husband was ok with it but it was difficult for me to get comfortable. Overall though it was a great experience.

This property was in a great location, right on Obilicev Venac. You could park in the Obilicev Veac parking garage and walk to the property. The rooms were updated and modern. However, there are several things that were awful for us. There is limited signage for this property as it isn't a real hotel. It is located in an apartment building where there are private apartments. The property is on the 4th floor of the building and you have to either walk up 6 flights of stairs to get there or take a 100 year old elevator that doesnt have a door. On the 2nd day of our stay, my 14-year-old daughter was using the bathroom. She flushed the toilet and walked out and about 30 seconds later, the ceiling over the toilet crashed down and water was shooting out from the pipes. This could have killed her if she was still in the bathroom! I have photos and videos of the damage. There is no maintenance person on site. There was only a receptionist, who did the best she could to call for help. My husband had to end up risking his life by pushing into the bathroom and turning off the water valve. We didn't know if there was an electricity on or not. This hotel didn't even offer a refund for our stay. They said "Oh it isn't our fault it is the building's fault." This is ridiculous. I would never stay here or at any of their sister propoerties again. They are not safe, they leave the entrance doors open for anyone to enter, and they aren't even a real hotel.
