When we arrived hotel was clean and up front staff was fine. Only thing ac was not on when we arrived took until the middle of the night to cool down. Overall nice room other then that Our only problem was when it was time to leave per my mistake I thought checkout was noon. About 11:35 a man not sure if management or clean up crew knocked on door immediately said we have to leave now. I said we have until 12. He said rudely no you have to leave now. No are you ok how was your stay. I said we will be right out. He said no you need to leave right now. Or we will charge you again for the room. I was a little in shock with the lack of customer service. To put it clearly we travel all the time for softball and due to this man my family and I will never stay with la Quinta in Wylie again. Very rude and unprofessional. I told him this much.
