When I arrived and given a room, upon entry it was obvious the room was not ready. Staff did quickly give me a different room. Cleanliness was great as well as Breakfast. Never could get the television to work. Tried calling the desk multiple times and got a busy signal each time.

This hotel is the best option in Augusta, and it was convenient and the staff was helpful and friendly. I felt the room could have been cleaner (definitely needed vacuumed, I stepped on something hard that turned out to be an earring, not mine). I would stay here again though.
