We kregen een kamer een kapotte wc-bril en defecte douche cabine. De volgende ochtend gemeld en het zou gerepareerd worden. Helaas bij terugkomst niets gerepareerd. Weer gemeld. Bij terugkeer op de 2e dag was het wel gerepareerd. Jammer dat hier niet meer pro-actief wordt gewerkt.

L'unica cosa veramente negativa e' stata la colazione... non si può neanche definire tale: brioche vuote, 2 fette biscottate, burro immerso nell'acqua (non ho capito il motivo) e marmellatine. Da bere un paio di succhi di frutta industriali. Stop.

We have been in Castellana on a 3 day holiday trip. The hotel is easy to reach by car and has every comfort you need for a comfortable weekend, though spaces and hospitality are maybe more suited for a work trip rather than for a couple. Everything was very clean, top quality bed.

Tutto sommato, l'esperienza del soggiorno di tre notti effettuato con mia moglie può essere definita positiva. La struttura è abbastanza curata e nuova, anche se abbiamo riscontrato qualche piccolo problema nella stanza con la doccia dove l'acqua non defluiva bene e si riempiva e il tasto del water per i bisogni piccoli non funzionante. Camere pulite, colazione al terzo piano con delle belle torte assortite, un po di salato e succhi di frutta. Pessimi i croissant piccoli proposti, nonchè il caffè espresso imbevibile (non di poco conto per noi italiani). Scadente la frittata di uovo proposta. Personale della struttura (sala colazione hall e pulizia) gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta e informazione. Ottimo il parcheggio grautito con telecamere di videosorveglianza, buona la piscina esistente all'esterno, ma con una pecca, l'obbligo della cuffia in vendita al costo di 3 euro, cosa mai richiesta in nessun hotel. Almeno avvisate prima che i clienti si avviino in piscina perchè si ritrovano senza soldi per acquistare la cuffia e pertanto impossibilitati a fare il bagno senza rientrare in camera per prendere gli euro. Mi spiace che la SPA era chiusa (per quale motivo non lo so) e non è stato possibile utilizzarla.
