Overall great place! FAR from San Jose airport tho! Jazmin and Alejandro are amazing! The food was great, and overall the place is BEAUTIFUL. Our room AC wasn’t the coldest at night, and the larger pools pump was NEVER on. So as someone who managed a pool company at a time in my life, that’s not the best. Hope they get it fixed. But great time, made some cool friends, and the wet bar is the best!

The service at the pool bar great, it takes a little bit for drinks but they are working hard and are very friendly Great massage by Cilenia. Axel took great care of us for lunch and dinner. The staff here are amazing! They really try to make sure you’re comfortable and that all your needs are taken care of. The food and drinks are made to order. Everything is fresh and tastes good. Best all inclusive food I’ve had. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the beach, but the pools are nice.
