well located apartment

We are family of four staying there for two nights, it is very clean and comfort,well equipped with kitchen tools and bath amenities. Convenient location , Tesco is right next to the apartment. only the first day morning noisy with some uploading trucks downstairs.

We had an okay stay - the apartment was a nice space, the bed comfortable and the kitchen area was handy (although a lack of decent equipment including minimal glasses, and a frying pan that needs replacing). It’s very clean lines (not cosy at all) and the sofa bed squeaks when you sit on it. The shower wasn’t hot, lukewarm at best. And we could hear a lot of noise both from the street below and other guests. For the price, it was lacking. We’ve stayed in Bath many many times and this is the least good (yet most expensive) stay we’ve had. OK, at best.

Spacious and comfortable room for 4. The room was clean and fit our needs well. The property was easy to find and within walking distance of attractions. Good communication for online check in. Parking was off site, but a manageable walking distance. The area was quite loud outside, but we didn't mind since we were so tired. No lift.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay in Bath, great location. Right next to the park and ride bus stop, which was super convenient to get rid of our luggage and settle In before hitting the shops and sights. Highly recommend staying here, this was our second time staying in this location.

Check in experience made the whole experience horrible as they were supposed to email me an apt number and address but they didnt so we're stabding ourside in the cold trying to figure out our apt number. they had to call another company or other? finally gave us our apt #. The apartment is in a very good location, everything is central. Easy access to the apartment and it has all the essentials you’d need. However, there was no air con in the room which we felt we needed as the weather outside was really warm. Other than that, it was perfect!

Good have been better

Its a great location however being on the third floor and no lift can be quite a struggle, Its well set out however there is an issue with the drains in our room and was very unpleasant at night also a bag of dog poo on our window ledge not nice!! More care needs to be taken with updating - shower area looks sad and worn, ceiling black around sky light over cooker etc - it looks neglected. Needs a a general handy man to fix issues as well as the door which annoyingly rattles everytime somebody closes their door. Spend some money and get these small jobs done and get the rooms inspected regularly

Nice city-centre apartment

Generally a good stay - the apartment is a good size and very comfortable! Lots of good amenities within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Only down side is that the corridors and doors are noisy (You can hear people talking loudly in other apartments down the hall!) so bring ear plugs, and a street light was fixed directly outside the window, and the apartment didn't have blackout blinds so the room was light all night.

Attractively designed, clean and well-equipped rooms located right in the centre of Bath. Good value. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment once you're in.
