My daughter was excited to stay here due to the urban myths around it being haunted. Doesn't have a hint of that vibe, and isn't even much to look at, overall. Rooms are nice, beds are comfy, and staff is friendly and awesome. Would I ever pay $300+ to stay here again? Not a chance.

The hotel was flooded with young people coming to a house music event on the roof, lines of people out the door and in the hallways, drinks left by the entry and loud music that you could hear in your room 2 floors down and rowdy crowds in the stairs making noise from 3pm-12am.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Some of the common areas- bar and adjacent lounge area could use some general zhushing- dirty air vents, furniture left askew but all staff members were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Not a great place to stay if you enjoy quiet rest. Two loud bars - one on the roof, one in the basement - means bass reverbs through the historic walls of this place. Requests for a quiet room were basically met with a shrug from the staff. The brand and vibes are very cool... but wish they focused more on the actual basics of a hotel.
