Declining quality?
I'd already been there twice before and was completely satisfied. But this time I was very disappointed. It started with the fact that my credit card had already been charged the morning before my arrival. Then, unlike my previous visit, I was given a very, very small room, even though I had requested the same room. Finally, the quality of the food in the restaurant had also been downgraded. The most positive thing was the very friendly lady at the reception who even went out of her way to place me in a slightly better room.
