At check-in, I was offered a reasonably priced upgrade to a connecting suite with a living area, kitchenette, and two fireplaces. Visiting in January, the fireplaces made it incredibly warm and comfortable. My room had a Boise State football theme, which was a fun touch, and a balcony with mountain views. It was beautiful to let in the crisp winter air while the room stayed perfectly toasty inside. The restaurant was excellent — a nice departure from the usual steakhouses I visit in Boise — with unique cuts, great Wagyu options, and fantastic sides. The bar was lively without being overwhelming. Service truly stood out. One freezing morning, the valet had my car running with the heaters and steering wheel warmer on before I headed to a meeting. Small detail, big impact. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and snacks in the lobby, which has a large fireplace and great gathering space. Valet-only parking can be slightly inconvenient for business travel, but the personal service is a plus. I would absolutely stay here again.
