We checked in early evening after dark. Person at desk was a bit cooperative and a wee bit helpful. Neighbourhood very scary, unless of course you are comfortable with gangs of threatening looking young males, crack addicts, and sex trade workers. Room was nice but quite warm. Breakfast pretty good with very nice people serving.

Clean, cozy room, great linens and bedding. Excellent hot and continental breakfast included each day, plus an unbeatable rate. Bus and tram stops one and two minutes’ walk plus five minutes from O’Connell Street. Great restaurants and pubs within a block. Quiet room with large TV plus rainfall shower. I had a single room. It is very small! Overall it met the needs of my trip. Wonderful breakfast was included. Very good service from the friendly staff. Just know a single room is on the third floor and there isn’t an elevator. They do have one for your luggage though.
