We had a modern spacious room (really big) occupied with all that is necessary and more. Big bathroom. Friendly staff, ready to help. The property also has a very good restaurant. Location is nice as well. Well worth the money.

The staff is very friendly. There was this young chap at the service desk who was extremely friendly and helpful when we needed some advice and support. Kudos to the great service especially to this young and friendly staff. The room was huge and comfortable as well.

コロナの影響で旅行に行けないのに、特別処置なしで規定通りの全額支払い。 行きたいのに行けない、泊まりたいのに泊まれない。 特別処置があってもいいのに。

Gorgeous hotel! Thank you so much for your kindness and sincerity! At the last day it was raining all day long, and they even offered me late check-out free of charge. I could have a great time and beautiful memories with you, thanks to you. I'm satisfied with everything the hotel offered me including the clean and comfortable room and nice food, and moved especially by the friendly staffs. It was very lucky to have such a helpful staff! :) Without Firdavs's help, I couldn't have such a great time in Samarkand. And also thanks to Kemal, he was so considerate to help me to meet the Koreisky people, what I wished to do. I wish I can visit Samarkand again and stay at Platan again. :)

朝食、部屋、スタッフ全ての面で非常に満足のいく内容でした。 朝食は最初から自分達のテーブルに用意されている品＋オーダーバイキング形式です。2連泊しましたが最初に用意されている品は日替わりで、オーダーの方も品数はかなりあり、2日間で食べたものはどれも美味しいものでした。オーダーの方は写真より量が多いので1人2品頼むと食べ切れないほどです。1人7ドルとウズベキスタンの物価としては少々高めですがここのホテルに泊まるなら朝食をつけることをお勧めします。 また、スタッフの対応が特に素晴らしく、宿泊客の名前を覚えている点や、チェックアウト後、一時的にバックの預け&電車の時間に合わせてタクシーの手配をお願いしていたのですが、取りに戻った際の待ち時間にコーヒーを出して頂いた時は日本の旅館の対応かと思ったほどです。
