Smell of Marijuana could be smelled in all hallways, and in our room, bought airfreshiners and spray, worked a bit, manager would not give a partial refund because we needed to leave because it was so bad... we left 3 days early. No smooking signs everywhere but clearly not adheared to. I know pot is legal in Maine but nees flash not everone wants to be a pothead.... not recommended unless you love pot and loudness....

On arrive et l'employé ne veut pas nous donner la chambre car il n'a pas reçu le paiement du site alors que nous avons été débités. Il s'agit donc d'un problème entre l'hôtel et le site de réservation, mais c'est nous qui avons dû appeler et nous débrouiller pour trouver une solutions avec hotels.com. Ensuite, l'hôtel est en travaux, ce n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce. Donc pas de télé, pas de wifi, ce n'était pas indiqué. De plus la réservation prévoyait un petit déjeuner. Pas de petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est miteux, des araignées dans les chambres. Une expérience horrible

Hotel is very outdated and very very dirty. Would not recommend. We checked in and once we saw the place we left and went to the Marriott. Sometimes cheaper isn’t better.

There renovating this property, the internet was not working, basic cable 2/3 channels and I only found out when I got there, I was not-spending time in the room so it was ok for me, the power went out some time Saturday morning after Midnight, and they don't have a back up generator so no saftey devices could work like fore alarms, lights there were no emergency lights, I was on the ground flor so lucky me if we had to evacuate. Walk with a back up mobile battery pack if you stay there.

Construction debris in the parking lot including a toilet. Hallway carpeting with dirt and debris. No wifi. Room itself appeared adequate for the price. Area did not look entirely safe. I ended up not staying here.

***WARNING*** Please be warned. I read all the reviews. They were good and they were bad reviews. I tried to be positive. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt when I got to the hotel the room we were supposed to have was for a king bed there were no king beds available. They did not tell us until we got to our room and complained. my wife and I had to stay in separate Unmovable beds. The hotel free premium cable TV. There were no Premium channels. All premium channels said “not available with current subscription.” We complain to the desk person, and asked for a refund or even some kind of a credit, but they would not issue it. I ended up complaining to Expedia and tried to put a stop payment with my bank. I would never ever go there. I hope you listen to this And save yourself the same trouble. Spend $10 more and go someplace else.

First the good: bed was comfortable, ac worked, shower was hot. But, the tub was pretty gross...dirty/gunk all along the molding, large water stains above, and loose fixtures. It looks like the flooring was recently replaced and signs of renovation/replacements were going on, so maybe this will be nicer in the future. It was fine for one night when you're trying to save $$$ especially during the summer where even low budget hotels are $200 .

Great price. Water pressure is amazing and the water is super hot which I enjoy. And the A/C works so I’m pretty satisfied. Check out should be later than 10:00 am fhough.

The hallways felt very unclean. The check in was a joke. Had to ask how to get to my room, the person checking me in didn’t give any info. All exit doors were locked except the one by the front desk. The floor in the room was sticky. Bed was rock hard. The bed frame was not put together correctly.

Had no cable or internet and told the desk and they did nothing. My little girl cut her foot on a piece o the floor that was coming up. It looked nothing like the pics . Very unhappy with my 2 day stay

The room was filthy. Floors hadn't been cleaned. Not swept nor mopped. Tub, sink, toilet... all dirty. Broken glass on floor. Staff was rude and not at all hospitable. Everyone says you cant beat the price, but for the conditions and the rudeness of the staff, i find that this establishment is way too overpriced. I even tried to bring the conditions of the room to the attention of the staff, and nothing happened with it. Personally, i feel i should be given a refund, or at least a partial refund due to the conditions, but that never happens.
