The rooms were suitably equipped and clean. The only drawback was room size if staying for more than one night. It was tight even for 2 people and 1 dog. The motel was excellent value and served it's purpose every well. If passing through we would stay there again

Absolutely loved the quick check in. The hot chocolate in the amenity is an absolute plus. Room is clean and tidy and has everything you need. The only thing that reminds you that you aren't in a 3 star hotel is the noise from the boulevard.

Une belle surprise !

La chambre est confortable ( manque juste un lit en 160) , très propre et calme . Une belle surprise ! La cafetière est un geste apprécié , pas si courant dans les chambres que nous avons fréquentées durant notre séjour. L'accueil est sympathique. Petite précision : l'hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner mais il y a un Tim juste en face . Rimouski ville en 5 mn en voiture . Bon séjour à tous !

Unwelcoming Reception and Strong Cigarette Smell

The receptionist is not dressed appropriately and… When I asked her about the rate that is supposedly fixed on hotel.com, she explained that it was just a way to attract customers. I find this explanation unacceptable. Also, the room smells extremely strongly of cigarette smoke. Yes, it is a smoking room and was probably the last one available, but it was practically unbearable. Smoking rooms should no longer exist in 2025.

Had everything I needed but pays to be bilingual

The room had the sink in the bedroom with mirror and hair dryer while bathroom had toilet and tub-shower combo. They had a kettle (hooray!) instead of a coffee machine plus a small frig with freezer compartment for ice packs (terrific!) Note that Reception may only speak French as I had to interpret for couple after me who could only speak English. On the main street of Rimouski and after a while I didn't hear traffic.
