When I arrived I was informed that the hotel’s morning person had canceled my room reservation and done nothing to fix it. When I arrived, they no longer had my room type and had to give me a different room. Hotels has escalated this concern, as travelers cannot be afraid they won’t have a room when they arrive.
The female manager is abrupt.
They don’t offer decaf packets for the rooms, nor do they offer lotion or mouthwash or makeup removal cloths. We only had the very basics in this room.
We had a kitchen, which was nearly unusable because it was not stocked with ANY dishes, flatware, pots or pans of any sort.
There was a 10” dark hair on the shower wall and a shorter (pubic?) hair on the edge of the tub.
There is no free breakfast at this hotel whatsoever and it actually cost me more than the Hilton the night before, that had a free, beautiful hot buffet.
The coffee in airpots downstairs was cold.
