Nice property, food very expensive, was not able to get a taxi from the door had to drag 6 cases to the taxi rank across a rough surface, expectation is that staff are tipped for everything

We had a fantastic stay at The Morgan. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ravi, our valet, and the staff at Salt. Salt is actually one of the better restaurants on the island, and we found ourselves eating there more than expected. Pool is world class, and an absolute delight to sit in with a cold drink and look out on the ocean. The real gem is the side gate directly out to Maho beach, which is definitely the best on the island in our opinion, while Orient Bay is great too. Room was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, with A/C that blew ice cold. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Bathroom was top notch too, with amenities, rainfall showerhead, and detachable wand with loads of pressure and hot water. We would definitely stay here again, proven value for this resort.

The Morgan is okay. Tik Tok makes you believe it’s the luxury stay but the service and food is mediocre. No real entertainment and only one restaurant on property that serve very basic food like cheeseburgers and fish tacos. The hotel has no access to the beach. It’s just an average hotel with an infinity pool and it’s not adults only!

Struttura tutto sommato bella, in generale manca di gentilezza da parte del personale addetto, camere non insonorizzate, per il prezzo ci si aspetta un accappatoio e pantofole oltre che amenities. Durante le ultime ore in piscina al mattino, dalle 8 alle 12 circa gli addetti hanno pulito tutta l’area attorno alla piscina con Kaercher generando rumore fastidioso.

Starting with we reserved a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. After finally finding the pickup area for the Morgan, which was hidden by another resort’s ban, we then had to call for the shuttle. At check in they said they didn’t have the room available that we reserved. Nigel said he saw where we requested a king bed but they didn’t have any available. We didn’t request a king after booking, we paid for and reserved a king at the time of booking. At first he didn’t have anything available until we told him we would switch when something came available. Miraculously, he found a room for us. Trinity at the front desk was very rude and not helpful when they had a problem with the phones lines being down. We stayed at The Morgan 3 years ago and had a much more pleasant stay. The staff was much more friendly then. Shout out to Nakomi, Luke and Hopeton. Excellent service. We were also woken early one morning to the sound of repairs on a pole right outside our door. I don’t blame the person who was just doing his job as instructed by his employer, this noise was on the management. Hopefully The Morgan Resort will consider returning yo the quality of service that we received 3 years ago, because again we were somewhat disappointed with this stay.
