Centrally located and close to everywhere I needed to be. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. I experienced an issue on my first night with a very overwhelming smell in the room, and the staff went above and beyond to assist—offering a refund and even suggesting I book alternative accommodation. I chose instead to step out for dinner and spend some time in the public area with a drink, hoping the smell would dissipate, which it thankfully did.
Throughout my stay I was looked after exceptionally well by the staff. The restaurant menu was limited due to renovations, which was understandable. Overall, despite the initial issue, the level of service was outstanding and I would happily stay here again if I’m in the area.
