Staff was great. Location beautiful and right on the beach with different areas to sit. They take time to clean the beach and all surrounding areas through the day. Room service is great and so was housekeeping. Plenty of places to eat with variety.

Amazing hospitality, as always. Our 4 th stay at the El Dorado Seaside Palms and we’re already planning our next visit. The staff is simply wonderful, welcoming, friendly, and so kind. I travelled with my 83 year old mother, and everyone went above and beyond to see that she enjoyed her visit to the maximum. The food is great (quality and selection). The breakfast and lunch dinner buffets at the market were simply delicious. Alex always took great care of us at the dinner buffet, and Yasmin and Diana were always waiting with a smile and our favourite table at breakfast. Each staff member is always happy to help and are extremely hospitable. Our beach concierge (Gabriel and Calvin) had our Bali bed and loungers waiting for us every morning. Super helpful, ensuring that we had easy access to the sea and facilities. From beginning to end, the El Dorado Seaside Palms is pure perfection.

Rooms was good, all food we got room service for was totally cold. Not even a little bit warm. We spent a week there. Be prepared to do lots of walking. Everything is so spread out. Some meals you are at a different resort. You take shuttle to if you can get one. We travel every couple months to cancun area to try different resorts. This is one, I would not visit again. So many very rude employees. Its ashamed that you look so forward to going and to just waste of money

We booked this resort for our honeymoon, and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a resort. Upon checking in we were told that there are only 2 restaurants that require a reservation, klay talay and Mia casa Italian. Well a few days later we go to have dinner at La Carreta, the Mexican restaurant and are told we need a reservation to which we replied that we were only told the 2 required reservations and even the resort app shows it doesn’t require a reservation. The employee we were speaking to was extremely rude telling us we are wrong and that we were informed of this at check out and was very disrespectful. Unfortunately the problems didn’t stop there, our room phone went out 3 times and was never fully fixed after multiple reports to the front desk and maintenance department. The food on property was very disappointing, and quite dangerous. we went to breakfast multiple times and each time without fail the sausage was very undercooked so much so it was pink inside and could cause people to be very sick. Even after having multiple conversations with one of the managers about the issues, all we were given was an apology and told they would see what they could do, Which was nothing as they never got back to us. Overall I would not recommend this resort to anybody and encourage you to book somewhere else. The only reason this is not a 1 star is because the staff excluding the one individual was very friendly and caring to us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay – we’ll definitely be back! We loved returning to El Dorado Seaside Palms, where we also stayed for our honeymoon in 2015. Our large beachfront room was spacious, beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed, open bathroom, and separate shower and toilet. Everything was spotless and cleaned daily. A lovely extra touch: minibar drinks were refilled daily, with chips/snacks included. The resort is perfectly maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Drinks at all bars were excellent, and the food always fresh and delicious. A special shout-out to Martha, our beach attendant—she made our days on the Bali beds absolutely perfect. We spent every day relaxing on the beach, enjoying the drink service and never had trouble finding a Bali bed, even in December. The towel exchange system right on the beach is very convenient. The only thing we slightly missed—compared to our honeymoon—was beach breakfast. The new vegan restaurant there is delicious and offers great drinks, but a small breakfast service in the morning would be amazing. Overall, a fantastic, relaxing, high-quality resort. Returning after so many years was emotional, and we can’t wait to come back again! 🌴🍹✨

The bar in the room didn't have liquor, just beer, soft drinks, and water. My bed spread had stains on it upon my arrival. It took 3 different spreads to finally get a clean one. The phone in my room also did not work, but someone came to fix it the next day. Housekeeping threw away my toothbrush that was in a travel case and a new tube of scar removal cream. They also forgot to clean my room on one of the days I was there. The rooms at Seaside Palms are very outdated and need a major upgrade. The couches and chairs in the room had stains on them. The people at the front desk weren't the friendliest either.
