The staff was courteous. The chair in the room had rips in the upholstery and the carpet was dirty. Bathroom area was clean.

There was a hypodermic syringe stuck into the toilet paper roll... That should be enough to rate only two stars. Everything else was okay. It was cleaning up. Besides that, it's an old room with old furniture but the bed appeared, clean and made. Unfortunately, when the first thing you find when you go to the bathroom is a needle stuck into your toilet roll at a hotel kind of ruins the rest of the stay

Had to leave and get a new hotel it was so bad. No deadbolts on the doors. Sliding glass door would not shut all the way. The adjoining rooms was only blocked/locked with a mini fridge covering the door. There was just overall nasty did not feel safe or comfortable so we had to leave and get a new hotel room.

Staff was niceRenovations were done on the room but ac wasn't on & itwas extremely hot. Outside is less than desirable. Looks like it needs to be condemned. Not worth the price bc i can't even open sliding door to go out of my room. Won't stay here again

Everything is molded and the bugs are everywhere. Heater in the room was shorting out. We left when my wife found a roach in her coffee cup.

The first room was filthy. It had no light bulbs in the lamps. The toilet leaked around the base. We pulled the sheets back. Found remnants of bed bugs. The TV got one channel. The second room was cleaner. The TV worked. No signs of bedbugs. It had light bulbs in the lamps. Found no water leaks. The room wasn’t spotless. But it was at least cleaner. We did see 2 cockroaches. The staff was more than willing to accommodate us. Found a better room than the first one. The entire building. The hallways and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Even though these were non-smoking areas.
