很矛盾的一次住宿經歷！ 此酒店近 bts 站，附近亦有夜市食肆，而且房間舒適，服務人員態度親切，頭兩晚真是覺得沒選錯酒店。 怎料第三晚，竟有一隻蟑螂走入浴室，即嚴重破壞我對此酒店的好感，我有想過轉房，但又不排除這小酒店其他房間沒蟑螂，畢竟附近夜市食肆混雜導致街上也見老鼠蟑螂出沒，加上服務員再三真誠道歉並承諾會進行大清洗，於是便打消轉房念頭。 翌日早上，我剛落即見酒店負責人陪同清潔阿姐向我再道歉，便相信大清洗所言非虛，結果餘下兩日一夜再沒驚見蟑螂。

這家飯店只有兩個小缺點：房間空間較小、隔音效果不是很好。因為空間限制，也沒有什麼公用設施，有點可惜。 除此之外，我對於它的評價都相當正面，不管人員服務、裝飾擺設、位置、清潔度都相當不錯，都讓我很滿意，尤其是飯店裡面時時充斥著香香的味道，讓人很舒服，感謝這家飯店數日的照顧。最後，希望電視能增加one31電視台，可供旅客選擇觀賞。

The room is not so big, but is comfortable. Location is perfect, and all staffs are friendly. If you want to enjoy the city, and have a safe place to stay, the FAH silom will be a good choice.

The staffs are nice and the location is close to the night market, it's convenience. For my personal, the bed is too soft and you felt drowned even you seat on it, and I twisted my muscle during sleep. Also the wall are too weak and I will easily to hear the sound coming from upstairs or outside during the night time or morning. But again, everything is ok excepted the points I wrote.

Sehr kleines Zimmer kaum Platz für zwei große Koffer. Bad ist eng. Das schlimmste war, das ein Gast nicht mal für 5 Minuten ins Zimmer kommen kann. Wer Besuch empfangen möchte, ist in diesem Hotel falsch aufgehoben.

The staff were really friendly and it's well located, also surprisingly quite at night. If either hot water or decent wifi are important to you this is not the hotel for you, both were hit and miss and didn't last very long. There is panelling about a metre from the windows so no real view outside, not that there was much to look at anyway. Room was compact and clean. The bathroom was small and getting in the shower a little awkward.

The FAH hotel Silom in Bangkok Thailand was a terrible experience. We first arrived and the older lady at the front desk was rude and obnoxious, and just started completely yelling at us for no reason because we had some big luggage bags. I never seen or been treated so terribly. Next the room was suppose to be a deluxe room twin double beds. The beds are 2 single beds. The bathroom is in the closet, where you have about a foot wide space to walk in. I felt like we were in a 5 foot box. It is also a fire hazard with no room to walk. Next we were given the riot act of what we can do and what we can’t do in the room and would be charged for any damages. The was not in good shape with dents and scratches on the furniture, water leak marks in the ceiling and numerous other things. Like I said the bathroom is in the closet, you have to open the door to turn around.

It’s spotlessly clean. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are a bit on the small side but adequate and beds are very comfortable. Very nice shower too.
