Peut mieux faire ...

Quel dommage, ce lieu aurait tout pour plaire, arrivée vers 19 h, personne pour nous ouvrir , il a fallu toquer violemment à la porte, porte qui grince ( GRINCE !!! ), local glacial, tous les radiateurs à 0 ( une grande demeure chère à chauffer ),chambre au demeurant sympa avec SPA intégré, par contre , peu de lumières ou lampes ne fonctionnant pas, aucun endroit pour poser ses affaires, sac au sol...pas de rangement, pas de table de nuit, juste une console très belle mais pas pratique du tout , pas de Télé....le coin SPA...Jacuzzi assez agréable mais un peu petit ( je fais 1,70 , mes jambes devaient être pliées, lumières du jacuzzi trop fortes ), un miroir minuscule ( pour tout le logement ), une grande fenêtre donnant sur foret avec un rideau carrément trop petit, une douche ouverte qui laisse circuler l'eau partout y compris sous meuble vasque ( et aussi le robinet de la vasque, si on le mets fort il coule à coté, si on le mets pas assez fort il coule à coté,...on est chez les belges :-))) douchette qui ne tient pas sur son support...pour le sauna.. sympa, manque juste une lumière d'ambiance - dans cette chambre il manque aussi d'un petit coin avec bouilloire, café, thé à disposition , le petit dej est assez sympa et l’hôtesse à nos petits soins .....à 160€ la nuit , une déception au global . ( déception à cause de détails insignifiant , c'est rageant )

Zimmer wurde kurzfristig wg.Überbuchung storniert

Leider war unser Besuch in diesem Hotel ein kompletter Reinfall. Wir kamen um 18:30 bei der Unterkunft an und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass unsere Buchung gecancelt wurde. Ob wir davon nichts gewusst hätten? Natürlich nicht, sonst wären wir nicht da. Es stellte sich heraus, dass das Hotel uns am Vortag nachmittags (!) eine E-Mail (übrigens auf französisch) geschickt hat, in dem uns die Stornierung mitgeteilt wurde. So kurzfristig hatten wir aber unsere E-Mails nicht mehr kontrolliert. Angeblich sei man überbucht und hätte kein Zimmer für uns. Es gab keinerlei Hilfestellung, ein anderes Hotelzimmer in der Stadt für uns zu finden und wegen der Erstattung der Kosten sollen wir uns an Hotels.com wenden. Wir sind wirklich viel und regelmäßig auf der ganzen Welt unterwegs, aber sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Super logement et cadre !

Chambre glamour spacieuse, originale et tout confort ! Superbe cadre au calme et vert. Les chambres et le reste de la maison sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût par la maîtresse des lieux ! Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très sympathiques. Logement idéal pour les couples qui veulent se retrouver ou prendre du bon temps !

That could have been a perfect hotel, but...

That could have been a perfect hotel, if not for several things that kind of ruined the experience. Let me first start with the good things - the location is absolutely superb, it's a big villa located virtually in the middle of a forest. The house is wonderful and the room was spacious and decorated with style. But... First of all, the place has the most unusually check-in/check-out policy I've ever encountered - the check-in start at 6pm, and the check-out is at 9am - which mean that you basically have no time to enjoy the place. We have arrived in the early afternoon, and luckily the owner agreed to give us the room before the "official" check-in time, but others may not be so lucky. Next, the room has one of the softest mattresses I every had the displeasure to sleep on - you body just sinks into this thing and it just ruins your back. Last, the breakfast that costed an extra 12euro per person was really basic and rather scarce in quantity - not the kind of a breakfast you expect for this price at this kind of place.
