Was fine for one night but would not stay again.

We had two rooms. Rooms were very clean and big. AC units were old though and did not cool the rooms below 25. Door codes were provided but did not work half the time so we had to keep room keys with us at all times. WiFi does not work well in rooms luckily the retail stores below have WiFi that reaches. One room had a very firm mattress and the other room smelled of cat urine. Property is very centrally located which was very nice.

Less than 100m from the Duomo this room is in a fantastic location. The only issues to be aware of are that there are floor boards that are buckled that could be a hazard for some but it is only in one small area. Room is small but location makes up for it. The shower has good pressure and the free drinking water was appreciated. The bathroom is very small but adequate and be aware the lights come on whenever you open the door which is not ideal at night. Also note some rooms (not ours) have shared bathrooms.

Super bien ubicado a una calle de la Catedral de Florencia y muchas opciones para comer y comprar. El único tema es que si te toca una habitación con vista a la calle se escucha bastante ruido, pero se entiende ya que la ubicación es muy céntrica.

Great location. Is not a hotel with a concierge. The check in was rough and disorganized. Orher than that , a strategic place to stay since its close to santa matia de fiorence, train terminal, and palazzio the veccio. Also, shopping its all around.

Everything was great and the location was perfect. My only feedback is that there aren’t any mirrors other than the one in the bathroom. Really need a full size mirror and/or an alternate mirror. It was hard when my husband was in the shower to use the mirror.

The location is central and it is convenient to access the city center. The room was incredibly small and right above a busy street with zero sound cancellation or ability to block out light. People were yelling and partying until 4 am and it was impossible to sleep. After a 22 hour travel day, this was NOT the place to be. Also, breakfast was a piece of packaged toast and Nutella, not truly a B and B. No staff on site to ask questions or share concerns.

We had a great stay. The location is central and walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Check in was very straightforward and the host made sure we had all the directions ahead of time. I would definitely recommend to annoying looking to be in a walkable area.

Prestgia Rooms, est affiché comme B&B, mais il n’y a pas de breakfast fourni, il n’y a pas non plus de réception , donc tu sais fait par message et de codes. Ma chambre avait la sale de bain privé a l’extérieur complètement de la chambre , il fallait traverser un couloir avec de caméras . La chambre n’est pas nettoyé toutes les journées d’emblée, il fallait laisser un message, pis la fois qu’il l’ont fait, c’était seulement le lit , ils n’on pas fait le plancher. Il est situé dans un endroit central mais très bruyant: les bruits de passants c’est jusqu’à très tard et très tôt le livreur commencent a travailler. Moindrement tu oublies ton cellulaire a l’intérieur de la chambre, c’est la panic totale, vu l’absence de réception. Bref je ne le commande pas !!

This place looks and seems a bit better on paper than it does in person. Overall our stay was fine, but it did not stand up to what was expected, however, it was not terrible. Pros: - Great location, everything is walkable with the Duomo being literally a 30sec walk away. - Good enough size for a shorter stay (5-days) - Amenities listed were included Cons: - Cleanliness needs to be much improved, while it was not outright terrible (main areas had been cleaned), it certainly was not good by a hotel standard. (don't drop anything under the bed) - Finishings are sub-par, the toilet felt extremely cheap, the seat and lid fell off constantly. - Hair dryer, while one is included and it *works, it is definitely not usable. For the first 2-3min it runs, it then proceeds to overheat and shut off after 10-30 seconds with a required cooldown interval of several minutes. It also doesn't even work well. - Upon arrival, the A/C did not work, and it was VERY hot in the unit. Luckily it was fixed by the evening but I feel this should have been caught and dealt with prior. - Check-in and entry process needs to be improved exponentially, when we arrived the entry door was made clear. There was no operational doorbell button and the provided instructions did not let us know what to do. It took me well over 10 minutes to figure out how to contact someone (email did not work), I then found a random WhatsApp number that was not originally provided and luckily got a response. Overall: 3.25 / 5
