Péssima. É um verdadeiro hotel abandonado. Os corredores são escuros e as paredes cheias de infiltração, cenário de um filme de terror. O quarto é bem pequeno e parou no tempo, o ar-condicionado, a tv e o frigobar foram adquiridos na década de 90. O ar-condicionado, além de não gelar, é muito barulhento. O café da manhã é fraquissimo e ainda observei várias formigas perto das frutas. Tive uma péssima experiência em um hotel que cobrou uma diária que não foi barata. Tem muita pousada em beira de estrada que faz inveja a esse Hotel. Não recomendo.

O hotel é grande e o quarto e banheiro de tamanho bom, no entanto a manutenção deixa a desejar. piso, louças do banheiro, espelho e portas muito velhas com marcas de uso que dão a impressão de sujeira. A limpeza é bem feita, mas o mármore do chão tem vários buraquinhos de desgaste que estão totalmente encardidos. Internet lenta e com sinal fraco no quarto que fiquei. O ar condicionado era fraco. A cama é muito confortável, mas lençóis e toalhas são velhos e encardidos (apesar de cheirosos). Eles não fornecem amenidades de banho. O hotel é muito bem localizado e tem um ótimo café da manhã. Os atendentes são simpáticos e prestativos, nos atenderam em todas as solicitações.

Meu carro foi arranhado no estacionamento e sequer localizaram o hóspede de acordo com a placa - perdi tempo da minha viagem para nada, nem posterior retorno me deram. Tudo com "jogo de empurra" sobre responsável pelo estacionamento do hotel, além de sinal de WiFi terrível.

foi uma decepção quando chegamos ao hotel ver que o quarto não era o mesmo oferecido no site. o quarto era muito pequeno o ar condicionado parecia um trator ligado. conseguimos negociar e passar para o quarto visto no site. os funcionários da recepção são sem instrução, sem iniciativa e não conhecimento sobre o turismo da cidade. Não me hospedaria neste hotel em outra viagem.
