This was an excellent stay. The rooms are big and well maintained and very clean. The staff were very friendly and the WiFi worked well. It is student accommodation so it misses some of frills of a normal hotel but the price is excellent and the location is amazing. It is true that the beds are a little small and some black out blinds would be a great addition but we had a fabulous stay and would defintiely stay here again.

Very nice, clean and spacious with separate bedrooms. Had full size refridgerator and microwave but no supplies or coffee maker. This still seems reasonable given the competative price for the room location and size. Super nice frint desk staff.

The location is very convenient, and the staff were incredibly nice. There is a parking garage very close to the building. Our only complaint is that the listing says the suites sleep 4; that is very inaccurate. Each suite has 2 beds, but they are not large enough to comfortably accommodate 2 people. Aside from that, this is a good location, especially if you are on a budget.

Our Room was clean, had 2 x bedrooms with double beds, a kitchenette with microwave and full fridge. The location was in the Distillery section of Toronto and easy walking distance or a short Uber ride to the downtown core making it an ideal spot to stay. I highly recommend this place for short stay visits to Toronto.

Great place to stay at Toronto downtown on a budget. There is Green P (municipal) parking available below the building for daily rate (24 hours) & hourly rates. The only issue we had was with one elevator out of service the remaining elevator was busy & crowded. It required planning to checkout on time to avoid late checkout fees. Location was pretty close to downtown for walking, Uber, public transportation etc.

Enjoyed our stay. It is an older building but clean and efficient reception staff. Long walk to stadium but straightforward. CLose to distillery area which is a quaint old part of town with restaurants and markets.
